Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser ($ | £) has done some amazing wonders for my oily-normal, slightly sensitive skin. I have heard a few girls on Blogspot speak about this a long time ago and I thought I’d share with you my own experience with this product.
This is an unique cleanser with an exfoliating treatment. I prefer to use this once-twice a week in the mornings. I would not suggest using it every day because over-doing a product is usually never good for your skin. If you have sensitive skin, it’ll be best to use this product once a week, and for dry, normal, and oily skins, you could use this twice a week. Be sure to balance this out correctly if you’re already using another exfoliating product.
Looking at the ingredients, I was also impressed; it contains Orange Extract softens refreshes and revives, Moringa Seed Extract which purifies and refines, while preserving your skin’s natural moisture level.
When I squeezed the tube into my hands, I noticed that the formular is orange and also quite thick. I could not see any microbeeds until I pressed my fingers into it and moved it around in a circular motion. The beeds are very small, yet I could still feel them on the surface of my skin. This does have a subtle smell to it, which may be a problem for those who can not handle fragrances well.
While I was washing my face with this, I had to quickly move it around my face because it is so runny, and creamy. It is not as harsh as a lot of exfoliating products are, it’s extremely gentle. It lathers beautifully-which is a big plus for me. I tested to see if it could get rid of my make up, and it did but I would suggest not using this around your eyes because it will sting!
After using this, my skin felt incredibly soft, my dead skin, and a few whiteheads were gone. My skin looked radiant, and there’s no better feeling than having radiant skin bright and early in the morning.
With about 4.4 0z/125ML of product for about $35, you may bite your tongue like I did to mine but I really do think that is it worth it for those who are looking for a gentle exfoliates for the morning.
