BROOKLYN HEIGHTS

Hi guys!
I just would like to say thank you to everyone who loved my last post about New York City, and if you haven’t saw the pictures yet you can click here to see them. Since so many people told me they liked my posts and would like to see more pictures of New York, I decided to bring my camera with me while I was at my friends house in East New York.
What you’re seeing above is mainly Brooklyn Heights, which I like to call the one of the “cities” in Brooklyn because of all the fun invites and shops located in the area. I’ll just set the record straight, living in Brooklyn can either be really cheap due to poverty or very expensive (I am talking about 1 Million $$). Brooklyn Heights is one of the most expensive area’s in Brooklyn. There are so many things to do and compared to other area’s in Brooklyn, it is also one of the ‘cleanest’ area’s to live. Anyone who lives in this area has an amazing view to downtown Manhattan, which is where Soho is located (the BEST shopping area in NYC, in my opinion). As you can see, people come out and sit here, look at the beach, and play soccer right on top of the water! Every time I come to Brooklyn Heights, I feel so happy and relaxed. There’s so many good vibes around here and the people who live here dress nice. There’s out-door spots to eat and listen to music,  and so much more. You can’t  go wrong living here. They are only about 5 to maybe 10 -if there’s traffic- minutes away from New York City. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to live here, I would love to live in Brooklyn Heights when I get older.
What’s your favorite area in NYC/Burroughs?
