PERFECT AM MOISTURIZER

PERFECT AM MOISTURIZER

Kate Somerville Oil Free Moisturizer $65
Kate Somerville’s Oil Free Moisturizer has become apart of my daily skincare routine ever since late April.  For the past few months I have noticed that my dehydrated/patchy area’s have slowly disappeared. To be honest, I never knew or even understood the importance of a moisturizer until a few months ago but now I do. Like Kate, I am on the hunt for the perfect daily moisturizer, after achieving amazing results from this moisturizer.
It comes in a weightless jar that has a built-in pump, which pushes out the perfect quarter-sized amount needed for my whole face. Personally, I love using a lot of moisturizer on my face, so 2 pumps does it for me. This particular moisturizer is aimed towards those who have sensitive, combination to oily skin, and acne prone skin. What I love about this product is that it is literally perfect for all skins types on the oily skin. Kate Somerville’s moisturizer is fragrance-free, so sensitive skins should not have any problems at all. It  also really helps absorb sebum while keeping my face smooth/soft in the morning. What I love about it is how light weight it is; this product can be used in the A.M by it’s self or underneath foundation, also in the P.M. Ms.Somerville claims that is it perfect for year-round usage but I have yet to test this during the Winter. Out of all the moisturizers that I’ve used, I never experienced one that absorbed into my skin to quickly. Literally, within seconds it vanishes- I don’t even remember that I have it on (okay, not literally but you get the point).
It’s quiet expensive ( I AM NOT KIDDING ) but it is a lovely daily AM moisturizer. Even though it can be used day and night, I would prefer using this only in the morning. I’d like to have something more rich for my skin at night. I am currently looking for another product similar to this or even better. My mom bought this for me because her friend recommended it; I don’t think I could ever spend $65 on a moisturizer. Do I think it’s worth the try? Yes. Do I think it’s worth the money? No. But I am caught in the middle between my bank account and my skins improvements. I think I’m just going to leave you guys with a cliffhanger with this review. I’m not sure what to do or recommend.
Have you guys tried this? Thoughts?
